Sizing can be confusing when it comes to getting the fit just right. With our Pump Pocket Sizing Guide, we have tried to make sizing as straight-forward as possible and as close to common sizing as possible. That being said, it is always a good idea to measure first and then determine the correct size. Use the measurement diagram to measure correctly.

Don’t second guess. The luxury of your child sleeping at night without something strapped around the waste is so worth the money. My son is so thankful for these things. The pockets are perfect size for our tslim. We will also use these underwear for hockey so that my son can wear his pump/ phone.
My son is a newly diagnosed T1D. We were in the process of getting a pump and needing to figure out what he needs to let life go on as normal as possible. He’s a 9 year old boy & loves playing hockey and soccer. We came across this company and our son has been wearing the PP for 2weeks. These are made well, material is soft and comfy. The pocket is snug and tightly fitted (in a good way) to have the pump rest on the outer thigh - seems secure and doesn’t fall out when being active playing all the things. Also must mention my initial order I placed - I ordered 2 different sizes to get an idea of what would work best as his measurements fell in a few categories- the owner personally reached out and asked for all his measurements and then recommended a size. Truly very grateful for this as it’s been an overwhelming time adjusting while trying to keep things as normal as possible. Thank you for helping with the transition into the new normal🙏😊
