Play Free with Pump Pockets
Children and Teens with Type One Diabetes often struggle to find a place to secure their insulin pump and accessories. This can result in smashed pumps, caught tubes and lost receivers, discouraging free play. PUMP POCKET™ clothing is designed with specialised pockets to hold an insulin pump, receiver etc. so T1D kids can play free. We use super-soft Eco-friendly TENCEL™ fabric that is gentle on sensitive skin.

TENCEL™ is a super-soft jersey knit fabric made from the pulp of responsibly forested trees. We know our customers with T1D often have very dry, sensitive skin, and it was important to us to use a fabric that would be non-reactive, non-abrasive, and kind on skin.
TENCEL™ is fabricated without any harmful chemicals and there are no residual chemicals left on the fabric. You can read more about LENZING™ on their own site HERE.
Pump pockets can be used to carry much of the extra gear that comes with T1D: pumps, phones, recievers, or even extra low treatment (e.g. a couple of rocket candy ensures you always have something close by in an emergency).
TENCEL™ Modal is not technically a hypoallergenic fabric, but it is eco-friendly, all natural, and contains no harmful chemicals.
Please refer to our FAQ page. If the answer to your question is not found, do not hesitate to email us at info@pumppocket.ca or write us in the chat.
